All requests for refunds, rescheduling or student registration transfers must be submitted in an email to info@culinarycultivations.org
Class seats are transferable free of charge. If you are not able to attend your scheduled class/exam, you can use your paid spot for another person with notification via email up to the start of your scheduled class. Email at info@culinarycultivations.org
Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation and refund of your registration up to 2 weeks prior to the scheduled class date. You will receive a full refund, minus the cost of any materials shipped (if you choose to order a textbook in advance) and a $15 administrative fee.

Class seats that have been rescheduled from thier original class date are not eligible for a refund.

If your scheduled class/exam date is less than 2 weeks away, we do not offer refunds. However, we do offer the following options:

You may request to be rescheduled to another future class date. (See parameters below)

You may transfer your seat to another person

Rescheduling Policy

72 hours notice to 13 days notice: You can reschedule to another public class for a $25 reschedule fee (This applies to full day class and exam and exam only registrants)

Less than 72 hours notice until the start time of the class:

Class and Exam - $50 reschedule fee

Exam only - $25 reschedule fee

Class/Exam no-call/no-shows: Registrants who are no-shows for their class/exam will not receive a refund and must pay full price for any future classes or examinations.

You can call 616-808-1006 or email us at info@culinarycultivations up to the start time of the class to let us know that a participant in that day’s class will not be arriving to reschedule to avoid paying the full fee again.

Note: This is a no-fault policy and fees will not be waived for any circumstance. This charge is to offset some of the costs of the seat that was reserved but not used.
*All approved refunds will receive a full refund minus any materials shipped (Servsafe Textbook - $55 + $20 S&H) and a $15 administrative fee.
**Administrative fee is waived in the case of the class being postponed or cancelled due to Culinary Cultivations changes.
