Our Front of House (FOH) Manager has the ability to manage event staff and event set-up, execution and closing for our clients. These team members have a high level of event and front of the house experience. They have the ability to work with staff to execute an event or service shift to ensure client and guest satisfaction.
Our Servers have the ability to service tables and guests in banquets, private events, cafeteria and buffet style dining operations. Tasks may include pre-event room set-up, plated meal service, buffet service clearing, or passing canapes. These team members can complete set-up and closing duties when service is completed for the shift.
Our Bar Servers have the ability to execute beer and wine table service for guests and can execute beer and wine only bar service. They can also serve passed beverages for cocktail hour, execute champagne service, open and pour wine, bottled beer and draft beer. Alcohol Safety Certified.
Our Bartenders have the ability to manage the bar area and its contents necessary to function full bar service. These team members have the experience to set-up an event bar for service and to complete closing procedures at the conclusion of the event. They are able to pour drinks properly and mix special cocktails (manhattans, martinis, etc.). Alcohol Safety Certified.
Our certified Mixologistspossess extensive palate for cocktails and can create craft cocktails for events and play the part of the knowledgeable bar professional. Ability to handle all bar management responsibilities. They will also have the knowledge and ability to generate a bar menu and train staff on the recipes and drink components.
Our Executive Level Chefs have the ability to manage all facets of the kitchen during a shift or an event. This team member has the skill and knowledge to manage all BOH staff and the production of food for a shift or event. Our Executive Chefs have the ability to generate menus and recipes for private events and can work with clients on event consulting. They have the culinary training and education to execute Private Chef Experiences for our clients. Food Safety Certified.
Our Kitchen Leads have the ability to manage themselves independently during a shift or an event. This team member has the skill and knowledge to manage themselves for production of food and BOH operations for a shift. This position is required for Line Cooks that will be working in a client facility or at a client event independently on their own or with client staff that need training or direction.
These team members possess the ability to execute recipes for service and work any station of the cooking line (sauté, grill, fry, etc.). They will have the ability to execute active buffet or service stations. They will have good knife skills and have the experience and temperament to work in a team environment with other cooks.
These team members possess basic knife skills. They will have the ability to execute cold food preparation and will be able to assist Line Cooks in recipe preparation. They will also be willing and able to do dishes and perform general sanitation and utility work.
