Culinary Staffing Solutions

If you’re hosting an event, short staffed, or just need assistance in a time of need, we can help with your culinary staffing needs.

Culinary Cultivations uses only industry professionals from our vast resources of culinary professionals. The staff will show up at your door prepared and ready to complete the tasks necessary to make any of your culinary challenges a success.

As a new customer through your HPS membership, you enjoy access to our rebate program plus a risk-free trial of our services, with up to four hours free staffing labor on your first invoice.

As an HPS customer you have exclusive access to not only our staffing solutions but our solutions with a bonus! Listed below is our competitive rebate membership offering.

The pricing incentive structure listed below is based on an accumulative billed and paid with funds (no administrative fees) number of hours and dollars in a one-year period for the patron from the staffing agent. The incentive will come in the form of credit at the end of this contract (one calendar year from January 1st 12:00am to December 31st 11:59pm) in the amount of the equation listed below and applied to work performed in the following year. To qualify for any rebate credits you must be in good standing with billing, including no late payments or defaults in the billing year.

Pricing incentive structure (per billed hours)

  • 1,000 -3,000 - 1%
  • 3,001 -5,000 - 2%
  • 5,001 -8,000 - 3%
  • 8,001 – 12,000 – 3.5%
  • 12,001 – 16,000 – 4%
  • 16,001 – 20,000 – 4.5%
  • 20,001 + - 5 %

Equation:

Total amount of billed dollars for a one-year period x (multiplied) by the appropriate percentage per the sliding scale from the pricing incentive structure below = (equals) the credit due to the patron at the end of the contract year.

Example – if you had:

6000 hours = 3% incentive Total billed dollars = $180,000 Credit = $5,400

($180,000 x .03 (3%) = $5,400)

* Extra fees may be required if travel time and mileage exceed 20 miles or 30 minutes outside of our home office radius.

Servsafe Food and Alcohol Safety Certification Solutions

Choose from one of our many public classes held. We provide a comfortable Chef driven course with practical experience. We provide all materials for the classes and exams including practice tests and a study guide. (Ohio classes are $45 more per person for Ohio certification). Customers receive a $10 discount off of all public Servsafe class offerings. When registering online please mark the referral box as HPS and when checking out use the discount code "HPS#500".
