In this beginner sushi experience, our expert chef will lead you through the basics of rolling, cutting, and preparing three classic sushi rolls. You will learn basic japanese knife skills, proper sushi plating, and expert garnishing techniques. This class is all about preparation, plating, presentation, and of course, tasting!
