Ingredients
8 hot dogs
8 thin slices bacon
8 hot dog buns
Pickled jalapeños (optional), relish, mustard, and/or ketchup, for serving
Directions
Step 1: Arrange a rack in center of oven; preheat to 400˚. On a work surface, place a hot dog on one end of a slice of bacon. Wrap diagonally until entire hot dog is covered. Repeat with remaining bacon and hot dogs. Arrange seam side down on a foil-lined baking sheet.
Step 2: Bake hot dogs, flipping halfway through, until bacon is crispy and golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool slightly.
Step 3: Serve in buns with desired toppings.
