We arrived as freshmen at the University of Michigan in 2009. Throughout college we both loved everything Ann Arbor had to offer. Before Salads UP, neither of us had any restaurant experience. All we knew was that Ann Arbor was in need of a new destination for delicious and healthy food and we were the guys to make it happen. It was a challenge as restaurant-rookies but we are thrilled to add something new and special to the Ann Arbor community. We really hope you enjoy! GO BLUE!.
Our Chef Felicia is the creative mind behind our menu. She has over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry and we are very lucky to have her on our team!. Felicia is originally from the Rio Grand Valley. She first graduated from Texas A&M and is a diehard Aggies fan. Since A&M she went on to study at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu Academy where she refined her love for cooking. Felicia has worked for Wolfgang Puck catering in Hollywood, apprenticed with NYC celebrity chef Sue Torres, catered in Houston where she cooked for George Bush senior and opened a restaurant tavern in Pennsylvania. ￼￼￼￼￼Felica’s Favorite Salad is Saddle UP
